PLACING AN ORDER
When your order is placed you will have the option of choosing your postal
tariff, your order will be dispatched on the tariff you
select and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or delay
resulting from that choice.
UK DESTINATIONS
When placing your order you will have the option of choosing your postal tariff, your order will be dispatched based on that tariff. We do not recommend you use the 2nd class postal tariff for fresh oatcakes.

We suggest for larger quantities of Oatcakes you choice the “Special Delivery“option.
FOR DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE THE UK
When placing your order you will have the option of choosing your postal tariff, your order will be dispatched based on that tariff. We would always recommend the Airsure option as you have the ability to track your order.
SHIPPING
Based upon the information you have provided your order should under normal circumstances be dispatched within 7 working days using your chosen tariff. However if your order contains multiple products this can take up to 21 working days you will be notified by e-mail when your order is dispatched.
Staffordshire Oatcakes UK cannot be held responsible for any postal errors, losses or late deliveries by any postal carriers.
Please allow UP TO 28 working days for Gluten Free Oatcakes, Pikelets, Related gifts.
*Delivery days as seen on the postal page i.e. 1-2 days or next day delivery are Royal Mail delivery times and should not be mistaken as times set by Staffordshire Oatcakes UK.
Overseas delivery times are based on the time it takes for Royal Mail to send your order to its destination country. Extra time should be added for your order to reach its delivery address.
Staffordshire Oatcakes UK has taken the greatest care to ensure the accuracy of the contents of this website, but cannot accept responsibility for any inaccuracies, omissions or errors whether in respect of the information provided on the website or any websites or groups that that may be linked.
It is our policy to keep proof of posting for all items ordered for 1 month after completion of your order to aid in any claim you wish to make with postal carriers for any loss or late delivery.
RETURNS

Returns Policy
We’ll accept return requests for items that are unused. The product(s) must be in
their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.
We cannot accept returns for perishable/food items.
If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received your item. You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
If a refund is requested and agreed, the money will be refunded to your original
method of payment within 24 hours. All payment companies are different in the
amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few
days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to
exchange the item for a new one. Please email info@staffordshireoatcakes.com
within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
