ANY OATCAKE ORDERS are normally despatched within 7 working days however this can take longer if your total order comprises of more than one product.
Any orders placed after 6pm Tuesday 26th March 2024 will be sent out from Tuesday 2nd April, as we can't send out Thursday this week due to Bank holiday Friday. Happy Easter
Orders are currently sent out Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, orders placed after 8pm Wednesday will usually be sent out the following Tuesday.
All orders where possible will be sent by courier, the 1st class postage price is set for courier delivery, if you live outside of England or Wales there may be surcharges for posting, please check with us, or we can let you know after we receive the order. Orders can still be sent out by special delivery.
UK POSTAGE Staffordshire Oatcakes are a perishable product with a 4-5 day shelf life from the day of making,it is therefore important you choose your postal options carefully . POSTAGE 1 DOZEN If 1 dozen Staffordshire Oatcakes are ordered they will be posted by 1st class parcel service unless you specify differently.
POSTAGE 2 DOZEN,For customers wishing to order larger quantities in mainland England and Wales we use an overnight courier delivery service. Customers wishing to order more than 1 dozen oatcakes who live outside of mainland England and Wales should contact us prior to ordering as delivery prices vary. Special Delivery/Next Day is a term used by Royal Mail assuring items posted will arrive at their postal address within 24 hours of posting it is not a term used by Staffordshire Oatcakes UK and you should not automatically assume your order will be posted the same or next day.
