We are a small family run Oatcake bakehouse and sandwich shop based on the edge of the Potteries town of Longton.
Staffordshire Oatcakes are still made on site using traditional recipes on the traditional gas baxton, where oatcakes are cooked daily, to take away and eat at home, or served hot and eaten in our small cafe inside the shop.
With a variety of fillings...the unmistakable smell of freshly cooked bacon, oatcakes and fresh coffee filling the air, sit and have a traditional Staffordshire breakfast served on a tin plate with oatcakes.
